banana chai smoothie

 

After receiving several requests to create a protein packed chai smoothie, we came up with this delicious recipe containing 1/2 TBS of your favorite chai blend. 

 

  • 1 large or 2 small frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tablespoon of evergreen chai blend of your choice
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
